Brandt Redd graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Computer Science in 1990 and completed his MBA an emphasis in Organizational Communication in 1994. David Crowther graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Computer Science in 1993.  Following graduation he went to work for Novell where he has been employed for 14 years, holding positions in the Technical Support Division, on the Common Engineering Services Team, and currently as Director of Global Technical Support.  He and his team are currently responsible for supporting SUSE Linux Enterprise Server and Desktop, Open Enterprise Server, NetWare, and Novell's Web Products, such as iFolder, Apache, Tomcat, PHP, Perl, and MySQL.   He has authored hundreds of Technical Support Documents for publication on Novell's support Website as well as other technical documentation for Novell.
